- Live Chat - a "call me" button is placed on your web page. When this button is clicked, communication is initiated. An online visitor can now communicate with our Customer Service Representative via a text-based chat session. This is a window that appears on both parties monitor allowing them to communicate using their keyboards. During this session, the CSR also has the ability to send related web information, making it pop up on the consumer's screen. This is called "Web Push". - Live Call Back - allows web visitors to leave their name and phone number, for a call back from one of our CSR's at a pre-designated time.
- Toll Free Number - Displaying a toll free number on your web site gives the visitor the option of picking up the phone and contacting a CSR directly. Any related questions can be answered by a CSR who will have the information at their fingertips. We can provide you with toll free numbers or we can answer your existing number.
